Recommend your thermometer...

Hey girls:

DS has been feeling kinda yucky the past few days and the thermometer we have doesn't seem to be taking accurate temperatures. We're have one of those that can be used in the mouth, under the arm or rectally but I've been thinking of getting an ear or forehead one but heard those don't work all that great.

Can you recommend your thermometer that works best for you? TIA!

 We really like it, and find it to be reasonably accurate.  The speed of it is what I like.

I've also heard good things about the Braun ear thermometer.

My pedi recommends temporal (forehead) ones. We got the Target brand and love it.

We have the exergen temporal artery one and I like it. You just can't use it when the skin is wet. It is the same one our pedi's office uses.
