Shredders - L2/L3 question

I did L3 today.  It was good but I sweat more with L2.  I felt like L3 was a lot more core work with all the planks.  Anyone else think they sweat more with L2?  I think I might mix up the levels a bit.

  • I did feel like I sweat more in L2 however I have lost more lbs doing L3 so it's confusing.  I have somewhat merged L2 and L3 bc some of the L3 moves were too hard on my knees.  Basically, I replace the lunge jumps (L3) with the bicep curl with lunges (L2), I replace the full sit up (L3) with double crunches (L2), and I replace the rock star jumps (L3) with double jump ropes from (L2).  This has really helped me get the most from L3 and help protect my knees as well.
