It's a numbers game

Of the 10 eggs that they got and the 7 that fertilized, 6 grew to day-3 and today day-5 3 there were two rock stars and one that the embryologist described as "mediocre". Our original plan was to put the good two back but then the doctor came in and described odds- if we put two in our chances of conceiving were around 40% but if we put all three back in it would be 60%. Our odds of triplets even with all three is only 8%.

So now I'm firmly planted on the couch until I go to bed tonight.

    Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
    BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
    6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    He's working but I bought a bunch of soups so I had a lovely loaded potato soup by Panera Bread bought at Costco. Dinner is too far away to worry about.

    BFP 5/9/10. U/S - no heartbeat 6/2/10 (7 weeks). Induced miscarriage 6/7/10.
    Chemical pregnancies 12/2/10, 1/3/11, and 2/7/11.
    dx: RPL due to poor quality uterine lining; begin progesterone January 2011
    BFP 3/10/11. EDD 11/19/11. E arrived 11/15/11!

    Good luck!
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.
