On my iphone so i apologize for the lack of paragraphs.... Sydney is home with my MIL today. I am at work and my DH is at a boat show. I am stressing about MIL watching her because she is cutting her molars and not napping like she normally does. I need her to take a great afternoon nap because we have a party to go to tonight and I really want her to be good so we can stay for a while. My mom is away and she isn't used to anyone else putting her down. Last time MIL watched her she totally skipped her afternoon nap. I gave her instructions this time on putting her down and not rocking her (what is what she tried to do last time.) Fingers crossed she can listen to her cry a little and NOT run in to get her.

Well if she doesn't nap for your MIL what about putting her down for a catnap when you get home from work while you're getting ready for the party?

I didn't even consider this! That way I could actually get ready. With makeup and everything! Maybe that would work. I just figured she would go from bad to worse if I tried to put her down again.
