Great choices! I chose Margaret. Catherine would be another favorite. I'd avoid Abigail just because of its current popularity, but it's a lovely name.
Honestly, as much as I love the names, I don't think any one of them flows well with Sylvia. They're all three syllables with the stress on the first syllable, as is Sylvia.
My grandmother's name is Sylvia, and I've considered using Sylvie for a future LO.

Re: Which first name with the middle name Sylvia?
They're all nice.
I like Sylvia as a first name! If you are set on Sylvia, would you consider Sylvia Catherine or Sylvia Margaret?

Sylvia is the middle name in honor of my husband's grandmother. I don't really love the name, it is okay as the middle, but definitely not the first!
The other three are all family names on my side of the family. Samuel Joseph uses family names from both sides too. I like the tradition of it.
