I'm trying to make my menu for this week and shockingly I'm having trouble. I think we will have steak fajitas one night. Other than that I am ready to break into my freezer meals I have ready for after baby arrives.

Thurs- leftovers
Fri- Dinner w/ friends
Sat- Swiss chicken w/ rice & green beans
Sun- Mexican Layered Casserole
I have a couple quick recipes that are pretty good that I made this past week if you're interested let me know! I know things get pretty exhausting towards the end and you don't want to be on your feet long cooking.
Tonight Mike's making fish tacos for himself and Maggie as I'm out for dinner.
Tomorrow we're going to my parents' to celebrate my mom's birthday.
