Prenatal Classes

Hey Guys!

 

I am about 20 weeks pregnant and looking for some prenatal work out classes.  I have been going to Belly Bliss on Wednesdays for their prenatal yoga and to The Barbara Greenspun Women's Center for Prenatal Yoga on Mondays.  Are there any other recommendations out there?  I just let my LVAC membership expire, so I would rather not go back there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

How is the Belly Bliss class? I was thinking of going, but I have never done yoga before. Is it easy for beginners?

17 weeks here and have done yoga in the past . They are pretty good and I was newly pregnant and very winded but they said it to be expected. Instructor was awesome like that. Class tends to get a lil crowded.
