I have a question for moms: do any of you use a sleep positioner, and how essential is this baby item? Our baby will sleep in a PNP bassinet for the first few weeks/months. Thanks ladies!
I really like using the positioner because I can lay DD slightly on her side so just in case she spits up it won't choke her. She seems to like it and they aren't expensive or anything.
DS hasn't used it yet, but I'm thinking of whipping it out just to give it a try. He insists on being held while he sleeps, and I don't know if that will help at all. The only way he'll sleep w/o being held is in his boppy.
our son uses one in his cradle and will probably use it when we are ready to move him to his crib. most of the time when he's in the pnp, we use his boppy ?to keep him on his back.

DS sleeps in the PnP too.
Bought one...he didn't sleep well in it and took it back.
