I am having trouble finding a good recipe for a spread/dip for crackers for a little snack at Liam's birthday party. Anyone have a good recipe that they loooooove? I'd prefer something that can be served at room temperature. Thanks!
Well, this is more of a torilla chip dip, but I love it so much I'd use it for crackers too. LOL
Use a smaller crockpot (or microwave in a bowl). Mix one jar of salsa, one box of Velveeta, and a can of refried beans. It takes a little while for a cheese to melt, but it's great!
have you seen those knoll seasoning packets? there is a recipe on the back of that (the cold dip, not the hot one) that is so freaking good. we dip bread in it. but it would be good on crackers too.

I made this over the holidays and the bowl was wiped clean.
