DH and I are debating whether to buy a used Honda Odyssey EX (slightly nicer model) or an LX. The main differences are that the LX doesn't have power doors or power seats and comes with hubcaps rather than wheels. DH is convinced that we don't need the power doors, but to me (who's going to be the primary driver on the car) that's a big benefit when trying to get twins into the car. We've seen some LX's for a few thousand dollars cheaper than EX's, so that's why DH is so interested. Any thoughts?
Re: Anyone drive a Honda Odyssey LX? (or have non-power sliding doors?)
I just said to DH last night....
I really wish I can push a button that would open our front door.
Power doors are totally worth every penny.

Spend the extra for power doors. Even when I dont use the remote, I still only have to pull the handle and the door opens for me. Actually trying to push that heavy door open without the power doors would get old fast.
Maybe take DH to look at them and show him how hard it would be to push the door open with one arm while you hold a baby, groceries, whatever.
