It snowed here!

There's only like 1/4" on the ground but it snowed here in San Antonio, which is rare. They even closed my office today, which I think is so funny! People probably don't know how to drive on snow/ice here. So I'm working in my pj's today, it's nice to have a snow day.
Me: 44 DH: 42. DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09. TTC since then with no luck or ART. Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.

    I wondered if you got any snow when they were talking at work about it snowing in San Antonio.  Funny thing is my dept is doing work for our counterparts in Houston because they diverted all the printing and interfaces to us because of the weather.

    We got 26" of snow in one day several years ago and they wouldn't close our office. 

     Have fun at home working in PJ's!

    Even with the worst of drivers, I don't think 1/4 inch of snow could cause accidents and problems!!   Amazing!

    Snow days rock. Everybody makes fun of the south for shutting down during the snow but it really isn't worth them making a big investment in snow plows, etc for something that is so rare.

    I was scheduled off today anyway, but I have already talked to my boss about 4 times about the snow.  We work in retail, and he wasn't sure if he should even bother opening the store.  I vote for no.
