Baby slept through the entire night = AWESOME SHRED TODAY! I am so proud of my little guy for sleeping through the night (8-6:30!!!) and allowing his mommy to kick butt today. Sadly, I did have to skip yesterday bc my DH worked until midnight. Moving on...I did a great job today. My chest was nearly touching the ground for the push ups and I was able to increase me weights for the punches and jumping jacks with weights (L3). I also lost another pound!!! L3 (with some L2 modifications for knee protection) is really working for me. Great job for yesterday's poster trying the new Jillian DVD. I am considering the Insanity workout...what do you think? Am I nuts? I would hate to lose all this strength that I built up by doing a lame a$$ workout after the Shred. I have 6 days to figure it out.

Yay for babies sleeping through the night! I'm set to finish level 2 tomorrow. For those that completed this, did you move to level 3 only after you were able to master all/most moves? I'm torn. I want to move up but I haven't fully conquered level 2 yet. I still wimp out too many times for me to feel "successful".
