I know everyone keeps asking about the recall but Im finally getting around to looking to see if mine was affected. I know my pump was purchased during the time frame and it loses suction but I dont know where the serial number is.
and if my pump isnt affected, can i still get a new one? mine is losing suction on one side. i bought replacement parts and it still loses suction.

Re: Medela Freestyle- where is the serial number
I took the number off this list - but this only lists PISAs. I doln't know about Freestyles. I would reach out to them if you're having problems, though. Maybe a Freestyle recall isn't far behind. (Call/e-mail when you're in a patient mood - I gave up on calling twice after being on hold too long, and it takes 4-5 days to get an e-mail reply) GL!
