My almost 7 month old twins aren't sleeping so well either. We are having luck with the no cry sleep solution. They are waking less frequently, and do put themselves to sleep. A quicker fix is to CIO.
I don't know what issues you are dealing with...poor/no naps or not sleeping through the night? When my girls were around your kids' age they struggled with staying asleep for naps. They would take little cat naps which made them cranky and made for pretty poor night sleeping too. It was really Emily who was causing all the trouble. I tried for a couple weeks to sleep train her (again...which did involve some CIO) while the girls were in the same room. Usually Erica sleeps through Emily's crying but not during this phase. And they were waking up my son while he was napping. I fought all the suggestions to seperate the girls while they were napping. Partially because I figure they will be sleeping together for a while and partially because the only other place I could move a baby was to my room. Anyway...I finally broke down and set up a pack and play in my room so that I could move Emily, the troublemaker, in there to help save the other kids naps'. It has worked like a charm. It took about a week to get Emily to sleep for longer then 40 minutes but they are now both napping well and not waking up at night. They do share a room for night sleep, just not napping. I was going to move them back together but we are transitioning to one nap a day so I am keeping them seperate for the time being.
Hope that helps with your problem. Good luck. It's not fun to be in a house where no one is getting sleep!

Are they waking up to eat?
Married and it feels so good!
