For those that have a BOB Ironman stroller...

What carseat did you end up purchasing along with the carseat adapter to the stroller?

Right now I have the Gracco Sungride on my registry, but I'm not sure if I now want to get a Gracco Snugride 35 which I don't think is compatable with the carseat adapter.

Re: For those that have a BOB Ironman stroller...

  • Can I just make an unsolicited comment... I wouldn't waste the money on a car seat adapter if I was buying the Ironman. The Ironman has a locked front wheel , which truly prevents you from using it for normal walking because it restricts turns, etc. So it's really just good for running or jogging. And BOB doesn't recommend running with the car seat adapter in place because it messes with the weight distribution/center of gravity of the stroller and is not safe for baby. So if you're intending to use the stroller for running and walking then I'd recommend the Revolution. We use it for both running (locked wheel) and walking (unlocked) with DS1, and it's a great stroller. JMO. I talked with the customer service rep at Bob a lot when trying to make my decision with DS1; maybe give them a call.

Oh, and I use the snugride 32 with our carseat adapter which I think fits the same as the snugride 35.
