If Using Tiny Pic.... (Trying to upload a picture!)

What size do you select to post a photo here?  I want to add to the "Favorite Picture" post but I've never done it before!

 Once I choose that, which code do I use?  IMG?  Then do I jsut paste that link into  my post, or do I have to do something else?
