recommend socks that actually stay on

Nora is the master of kicking her socks off in no time. The only socks I have that stay on were hand-me-downs and I have no idea where they came from.

Where do you get socks that actually stay on your infant's feet?

Re: recommend socks that actually stay on

  • Try Gap/Old Navy. I don't really remember when I started using them, but I always liked their triple roll socks the best.

  • The best ones are the bobby sock style that fold over and give the sock a little more leverage on the ankle. I think BRU has good ones.

  • I love the gripper socks from Target and ON that have the tall fold-down top.  I can pull the top way up almost like a knee sock, or just fold it in half and she has a hard time kicking (or pulling) them off.
  • GAP socks....totally worth the extra $$.

  • We always had success with Carter's fold over baby socks or Gap socks.

  • Nicholas has the SMALLEST and most narrow skinny feet and ankles I've ever seen-- he is 11 months old and can still fit into newborn sized shoes. That being said I SWEAR by the Walmart- Faded Glory Bobby Socks. They are plain white, come in a pack of like 6 for like $4 and they are sized 0-6 I believe. I give them as baby gifts to all my pregnant friends because they are seriously the only socks we've ever found that stay on his skinny feet especially since he is so active now. HTH!
