Okay, what is the calculation on this....I know it's like x number of follies for an E2 of x.
So, here is my friend's deal. She is ready for her ER on Friday. Her estradiol is at 1749. Approximately, how many mature eggs should she have? That number seems loooooow to me. Mine was out the roof though.....
Re: E2 levels
I think they say 150-200 per mature follie. So that would be between 8 and 10 eggs??
Mine was also very high (4000 I think) and I only got 11 mature, so that number isn't very reliable in my book.
HTH!
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

My E2 was 1600 and they got 6 mature eggs for this IVF. It was 1521 with 7 mature eggs for IVF #2, and 1800+ for IVF 1 where they got 9 eggs. It will depend on how many smaller follicles she has but I would say she should get at least 7.
