Broccoli?

I'm sitting here eating a Lean Cuisine meal with potatoes and broccoli, and am still breastfeeding.  You think Matthew will feel ill effects of it?  I've eaten some before but it hasn't bothered him.  I guess say I'm still b-feeding.  Thanks :)

  • I repeated myself, sorry!

  • I eat broccoli all the time and DD has never had any problems, is there a reason you can't eat broccoli?
  • I had read it can be gassy, so if you have no problems, I guess I'm good to go.  I eat enough Chinese food and it has never bothered him, so I guess I'm good to go :)
  • nah, unless he's super sensitive to that particular food.. I eat broccoli all the time. The only thing that still affects DD is soy milk :( Everything else is a go :)

  • Yeah, I've eaten broccoli since DD was a newborn without any issues for her. Plus, by 8 months, most babies can handle eating broccoli themselves, so they shouldn't have a problem getting it through breastmilk.
