I can recommend 2 great ones:

1.  Tieffenbrun, Fortin and Tuck

2.  Mid Jersey Pedatrics

Both on summerhill rd.  they are both fantastic!

Mid Jersey Pediatrics.  I grew up going to that practice and now I bring my son there.

I recommend calling and speaking with whatever Dr.s you are considering ahead of time.  I called a practice on Cranbury Rd and they were not very cooperative and left a bad taste.  I had asked them if I could meet with one of the Dr's in the practice to ask some questions and view the office before I had the baby and the receptionist said no they don't do that.  I immediately did not go with them.  Plus you get whatever Dr. is available in the practice which I did not like either. 

I ended up choosing Dr. Esterov on Rt 130 in North Brunswick (right behind East Brunswick).  Her receptionists are very nice, her office hours are good, and she has Saturday hours as well.  She also has days designated for wellbaby visits, so they don't mix with sick children.  Her receptionist invited me to the office to meet the Dr. before I had to even ask.  After meeting her I felt she was smart and compasionate, and I liked that my son would only see her each time.  I think knowing your patient's temperment/personality is just as important as what is on the chart.  I hope this information helps your decision on a Dr./Practice.

I'll be using Mid Jersey Pediatrics. I was really impressed with their website, and my cousin takes her babies there, and loves it.
