Get an aupair!!

Hi Mommies! I'm a SAHM but work part-time and had to find childcare for my weird hours.My friend has an aupair and talked me into it and I wanted to pass along the info because I never considered an aupair and know a lot of other families don't even know about these programs. The aupair can provide up to 45 hours/week of childcare and it's on your schedule. You pay a program fee up front but it ends up averaging out to $345/week...definitely worth it for the flexibility!!  The company I'm using is Cultural Care.
