It has been 12 days since I have finished my 10 day dose of Prometrium to bring on af. It usually takes between 2 and 3 days after the pills are gone. Should I call the doctor?
You may want to call your doctor to see what they have to say, but that happened to me as well. 14 days went by and no AF so I called my dr and made an appointment for day 16. He gave me some different medication and what do you know, AF showed up the following day. Thankfully I hadn't started the new meds yet!

This exact same thing happened to me a few months ago. I would take Prometrium to induce AF and would start a period BEFORE I finished up all 10 pills. Then out of nowhere, it took me SIXTEEN days after the last pill to get a period! My doctor had no clue why and was actually wanting me to come in to get some blood work done if it didn't come within the next few days. Lo and behold, I got a period a few days before that appointment. The nurse laughed and said we just had to threaten my body to finally want to cooperate! Lol.
So maybe try setting up an appointment and it might come!
