variations of the name Pauline?

If I have a girl, I would love to incorporate the name Pauline into her name (it's a family name).  I'm not crazy about the name Pauline, so was wondering if anyone knew of any variations of it.

Polly, Polly-Anna, Paulette, Paulina (there was a town nearby where I grew up by this name... it was pronounced puh-LINE-uh... I've also heard the pronunciation as puh-LEEN-uh), Pavlina, Paola, Paolina, Pasha, Pauletta...

I like Paola. It's the same idea as Pauline ? a feminine version of Paul.

When I worked at an elementary school there was a little 1st grader named Paulina. Her sister called her Polly, and it was REALLY cute.

Pauline means "small" so maybe, if you don't like Pauline, consider another name meaning "small" ??
