Embarassing question...about pooping...

Its embarassing but there is no one else to ask to... My daughter is almost 4 weeks and I had her naturally. I always feel like I have diarrhea but when I sit down to go...nothing comes out or its very hard to do it or it is actually like diarrhea. Is this from the delivery? Im thinking maybe my bowels are affected by the pushing or something... Am I alone? Or I should see the doctor?

I'm sorry - I am no help.  If you are concerned though - I'd go to the doctor.  Do you have a 6 week follow up?  I'd probably ask at that time.
