So I experienced L3 today...boo! There are some moves I absolutely hated ( a lot of those metabolic jump things...jumping lunges!) I do not have bad knees but I am worried that doing those moves will give me bad knees. I may have to modify like some of you are doing. I do like those side walking push ups...I feel like a bad A$$ when I do them!
