Teething question

My dd is 7 months old and this weekend she got two of her bottom teeth.  So needless to say this weekend has been a pretty sleepless weekend with her always wanting to be held to sleep and since she is in pain, I'm happy to hold and rock her at night, but whenever we go to lay her down in the crib, she immediately wakes up and starts crying but as soon as we pick her up, she is knocked out.  My question is, is she getting spoiled to only sleeping in our arms? And once she is no longer in pain, will she go back to sleeping as well as she was before.   (she was doing about 9 hours at night and the last two has been about 1 1/2-2 at a time).  Just want to know if many more sleepless nights are in our future.
