bath mat recommendations?

anyone have a bath mat that you (or your LO) loves?  i bought a squishy one with suction cups on the bottom at babies r'us but turns out it won't stick to our tub because it has useless "grips" on the bottom of the tub already.  one or two suction cups will stick but the rest of the mat floats up and LO has already learned (on night 2) that she can pull it up.  we tried the inflatable duck tub but she was so hysterical i couldn't get her to take a bath at all, even after i removed the duck.  also, she's really very squirmy and i think would rather be able to roll around in the big tub anyways.  so...anyone have a mat recommendation that would probably stick to the bottom of a tub with "grips" already on it????

I got one made by rubbermaid at target and it works well. They had a few other styles with different gripper options as well there.

we have one from ikea. it's in the shape of an alligator and dd loves it. it doesn't stick super great b/c we have a similar tub that already has "grip" but it works well enough.

I bought mine from Home Depot and it sticks really well. It isn't cutesy but it works! I mean it's just plan white and fits well with my bathtub. I didn't really want to turn my bathroom into a kids bathroom anyway.
