Sleep pooping. . .

Do you wake LO up to change them if they pooped when they are sleeping? He just pooped, I feel bad to leave him in a dirty diaper but should i wake him up?

He's been sleeping for about an hour and half so he should be up pretty soon, but you never know.

If it is during the day my guy usually takes shorter cat naps so I will wait til he wakes up.but we've had diaper rashes from him pooping so much in the beginning when he was first born that now at night he gets changed since he is sleeping longer because i don't wan t his rash to come back.

If it's during the day, I'd wait. It just occured to me though that DD has never done this! She doesn't poop in her sleep....is that weird??

Mines never pooped in her sleep either! She's a drama queen though. Her poops are like a big broadway production.

I wake him but Sam's a little easier to put back to sleep after a diaper change so I don't worry about disturbing his sleep time too much.  Since he naps mostly in my arms during the day, I can't take the poopy smell so I definitely change him.  :-)
