Tonight I made chili and OMG everytime I make it the taste just keeps getting better!

I feel like a old lady when saying this but I made chili because well I have my night out tonight! What am I doing you say? I am going to play Bingo and I am super excited lol!

Yum! Chili sounds sooo good especially since its freezing rain and a blizzard is coming. We're having toasted ravoli probably. I dont feel like getting off my comfy, cozy couch and out of my warm blanket

It's the husband's birthday today so we'll be going out to dinner. Not exactly sure where yet. I told him to think about it and let me know before he gets home so I can check out the menu & nutritional guides online and figure out what I want since I have to watch my carbs now with the GD.

Not sure yet!  DH has a work dinner and we just got back yesterday from the weekend out of town.  So, I am not very motivated.  Maybe toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit.

It was a tossed up between turkey chili or turkey meatloaf, we decided on turkey meatloaf, mashed potato, with roasted veggies instead.

Chili sounds great! We had turkey/black bean/lime chili a few days ago, but maybe I'll make traditional chili tomorrow.

Apple cranberry stuffed chicken breasts (thank you Trader Joe's), roasted veggies, and cresent rolls.  The kids will eat strawberries and grapes with all that as well (and we'll be lucky if they eat any of the chicken).
