Okay so DH and I were planning on picking up all the baby furniture we ordered tomorrow after our anatomy scan, but thanks to the 12-21 inches of snow being called for starting tonight and getting worse tomorrow afternoon DH and FIL are going to pick it up from the store today instead...
My question is we are planning on leaving it all in the boxes until we get the room painted and all that stuff, but I'm concerned that something may be broken in the box or the wood is damaged and then we won't find out for several more weeks.....should we just open all the boxes tonight or just go ahead and wait? Any experience with this?
Re: Picking up baby furniture today...?
I would also check the contents and make sure you have all the hardware needed and nothing is damaged. You can always just tape the boxes back up so they aren't open for so many weeks.
It must be so exciting to get your furniture! What did you buy?
Basically I ordered the entire Storkcraft Tuscany collection:) I did some serious shopping for the best price and I got all this for $807...the actual Stockcraft store wanted over $1500 for it all that didn't include shipping!
