this kind of sucks

So, my new job has had a very rough start. Without going into a long story, basically a senior manager at work has talked so much crap about me that I'm pretty much dirt. This senior manager has got a mouth like a sieve and people fear her a bit. What stinks is in the end, my supervisor admitted that my senior manager made the initial mistakes -- but the damage is done. Or feels done.

There are a few people who see her for a nutjob she really is (and she has done the same to them)...but she can really turn on the charm.  

After being at another company for over 8 years and well-liked -- this SUCKS. I work from home, far from my office, so it's hard to turn the perception of me around.

sucks balls. just venting. the whole thing makes me sad.

Wow.  I'm so sorry.  Just think how miserable she must be in her own life, if she has to put another person down that much.

Ugh, I'm sorry.  Usually, with people like that, the truth eventually comes out but I suppose it doesn't really help you right now.  (((hugs)))

So sorry. She sounds like a miserable cow. I hate when 1 person manages to ruin things.
