Did you wear anything after delivery for support/to help your stomach go down faster?  I'm thinking a compression wrap but thinking back to my first CS, there is no way I could tolerate anything around my incision. 

Do compression wraps really work and would ace bandages work just as well?

Also, please recommend your fav granny panties for after CS.  The ones I had last time were horrible!

I didn't the first time but I bought a wide ace bandage and used it for about a week after the second one.  It was sorta helpful.  Kinda made me feel like I finally had a waist again :0)

I didnt do a compression wrap..

 

But for undies, I used the mesh ones from the hospital for  a week or so.. I asked to take some home and then I went to target and bought good old hanes... they have ones that dont have the  elastic at the top.. cotton and nice and comfy... Now I went out and bought boy shorts that are that nice silky material from VS

They gave me a wrap at the hospital, I was bound with an elastic wrap after surgery, I just wore that.  For panties, I lived in the mesh panties the first few weeks, then just bought some cheap Hanes granny panties at Target, nothing fancy.

Exactly this even down to the cheap-o Hanes from Target. Nothing beats those mesh panties for comfort. I was sad when I ran out of what I took from the hospital.
