I can't believe that I went through these stages exactly (minus PTSD). I just read it to my husband, and he's like 'Wow... You really aren't the only one...'

He's so unfamiliar with this PPD thing.

Not gonna lie, I actually started crying when I read the list, I have said the bargaining stuff to myself so many times since my baby was born, and the depression part on the list hit me hard too. I actually had finally admitted to myself today that what I am feeling is not normal.

Thank you for the link, it brought me a little sense of relief I wasn't expecting today.
