Go with Ayla. Aila isn't good because AIL stands out too much. Eyla makes me think ee-luh. And Eila is actually a different spelling for Isla, a totally different name (eye-luh).
Created for the novel 'Clan of the Cave Bear'(1980) by author Jean M. Auel. In the novel Ayla is an orphanedCro-Magnon girl adopted by Neanderthals. Ayla is the Neanderthal pronunciation of her real name, which is not given.

Ayla is a better spelling but seems like an incomplete name that is missing the first letter. Kayla? Layla? Sort of like naming someone Atherine or Arlotte.
I'm not sure how you want this name pronounced which means you and your child will most likely be correcting people a lot if you name them this with the Aila spelling.
I would spell it Ayla. However, if you are going for "Eye-la" pronounciation I would spell it Isla.
