I read the post below, but my problem is the constant flow down the back of my throat. My OB never gave me a list of dos/don'ts or permissable meds. (Crazy, I know.) Thanks for any suggestions.
I use plain sudafed sparingly....the last 2 days I've used it first thing in the morning along with a plain mucinex. A neti pot works wonders for that drip down the back of the throat. I have Neil Med's squeeze bottle but most find the Neti Pot an easier starting point.
I take the regular behind the counter Sudafed when I really can't breathe. I use saline mist throughout the day and before bed and it seems to help break stuff up and keeps me from drying out. I could never get the hang of the neti pot but I know other pregnant women who swear by them.

Saline mist works wonders. For me, I was getting up to pee constantly all night anyway, so using the saline mist if i was stuffy while i was already up wasn't much of a concern.
Claritin didn't work much for me, but the doctors also say you can use that safely.

Plain Sudafed.
I would also try sleeping with a warm mist humidifier at night. It really helps
