I am doing a copy cat Zuppa Toscana (Olive Garden) recipe. We will see how it turns out. I made homemade french bread yesterday to have with it -yum!

Whatever DH decides to cook/pickup/concoct. I'm exhausted and having weird burning/stabby pains, so I have every intention of doing nothing but laying down when I get off work in an hour and a half.

Frozen Spinach Pizza - I have it at least once a week. At least it's organic. And has spinach. (yes, I'm trying to justify)

Homemade pasties and a salad.

For those that don't know, pasties are like a big enchilada with meat, potatoes and carrots in them (or a variation of veggies) but not spicey. They were completely foreign to me until I moved north.
