Anyone else feel like this?

I love all the help I'm getting. But when someone takes one kid, I want to hold the other and I hate giving him up when people ask or think they're doing me a favor by taking him off me. I love holding just one boy when I know the other boy is being given attention as well. It's like i don't have to feel guilty for giving just one boy attention and the other hanging by himself in a bouncy or something. Anyone else feel this way?

1000% yes.  I usually tell people that's why I had two.  One for me, and one for everyone else to share.

Completely...  It's marvelous to have one on one time with a one LO without feeling guilty about the other!

ALWAYS!  I hate when I'm alone and I can't hold them both, but I want one at all times!

All the time.  I had finished feeding DS tonight and DH still had DD.  It was awesome to lay down on the floor with just one baby and play with him and give him my full attention.

I do the same thing. That is the hardest thing and I am noticing as they are getting bigger and I am talking to them or trying to get them to smile for a picture, they want you to look directly at them and I cant look into both of their eyes at same time and I feel bad.

 I am thankful for one thing, it seems like they take turns in the mornings getting up one gets up at 7am and other like 8am. So I get that hour of alone time. It seems like every other day the other gets up early so they have even alone time.

I felt this way too and sometimes do but trust me when they get older and start walking or should i say running!!! you will gladly give them both away to whom ever is offering hahahaha! Cherish this while it lasts!

Yep!! It's wonderful when we have family or friends over and they take one baby and I can just play with the other one and really give her my full attention.. then I don't feel so badly when I'm home during the day alone and have to juggle them in swings and bouncys! lol...  It's hard with two to give your full attention to just one. I feel badly a lot of the time.

Absolutely! ?I really wish there was a good way to carry them both around with me all the time.
