head twitch

DS is 7 months old and today I noticed he has kind of a twitch.. he's done it a handful of times, it is a jerk to the side I guess. Similar to a tourette twitch I guess is the best way to describe it. At first I thought he was just peeing because sometimes he shivers when he goes, but it happened again and again.

 Has anybody ever experienced anything like this?

I'm going to call the dr tomorrow, but thought I would ask on here in the mean time.
