Couples Halloween costumes

Anyone have any good suggestions for costumes for me and DH?  His clinic is having a Halloween party and I'm stumped for ideas.

 

DH threw out idea of dressing as the Dr. and his wife (who's the office manager), but I'm not sold on it.  They have a good sense of humor, but I'm not completely sold on the idea.  The last time we dressed up we did pimps and hoes,and that's obviously inappropriate for this occasion!

Dh and I won for most original costume last year.  I was dressed in a nightgown, bathrobe, slippers, curlers, glasses, little make-up, etc. and he wore a nice suit, carried flowers and balloons, wore a button that said, "Prize Patrol" and carried a enormous cardboard check from Publisher's Clearing House.  I was the grand prize winner of 10 million dollars.  I found the idea on the internet.
