What to do with baby in Des Moines area!?!?

OK enough is enough of winter.  We need to get out and about.  My DD is 9 months and an active crawler, climber and pulling herself up on things.  She loves getting out and seeing the world but enough of Target already!  I am struggling to find things for us to do on the weekends!  Any suggestions?  What are you doing to get your little ones out?

Is anyone starting swim "lessons" at Urbandale's indoor pool on Monday?  Has anyone taken the baby "swim" class there?  What did you think?

    The Botanical Center is cheap, and beautiful. Try going to the different malls, with their play areas.

    I just moved to the area in November but this is what we do, but we do this mostly during the week day as I am SAHM.

    - botanical center ($5/visit but we just got the groupon annual pass for $25 for 2 adults + kids)

    - kiindermusik

    - Jordan Creek play (but early in the AM before it gets busy and moms who don't watch older kids get there)

    - Story time (I know various libraries have it - we go to Merle Hay for it)

    - The Playground (Ankeny)

    - KangarooBoo has craft/story time on Fridays
