Success after IF

I just learned what NOT to ask my child.

She had a huge mouthful of food in her highchair.

I said "Caroline, what's in your mouth?"

She took it out and showed it to me.

Broccoli and a turkey sandwich looks much better BEFORE its chewed/gummed by a 14 month old ;)

  • Yummy! James recently went through a phase where if you offered him milk he would take whatever he was chewing out of his mouth, put it on his tray, drink the milk, then put the chewed food back in his mouth. Very lovely to watch.

  • That was some seriously good broccoli.  We (Caro and I) ate almost a whole family sized bag full.

Steamed soft, then sprinkled with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder...yummmmmmm...

  • At least she's eating the broccoli.   I'd throw a party if Nicholas ate it- even if he did what Caroline did with it.
