Why subway?!!??!?!

Has anyone noticed that subway now makes their subs upside down? Like... its supposed to be meat... then toppings and now the toppings are on the bottom. I dont want to flip the sandwich over because the bread on top is the best. Im not liking this change subway... just thought you should know.

I still miss when subway cut the top out of the bread.  That was the very best way to have a subway sandwich.

Just ask them to put the toppings on the way you wish. I always ask for my mayo/mustard on the bread before the cheese. I'm sure the think I'm a PITA, but I'm happy!

Absolutely this! Nothing fell out or got smushed out the sides when they did it this way! It was so much better.

ITA. I wonder what would happen if I asked for it the other way? I'm annoyingly particular about my sandwiches.

I almost cried one day when mine was out of sweet onion teriyaki chicken. I'd wanted that all day. I also miss the V way of cutting the bread but like all the varieties of bread they have now.

I worked there when I was 17 and every now and then people would ask for it cut the boat way.  Just ask for what you want, its no big deal.  Its only annoying when people are rude about it.

I had Subway today and they made it the normal way. Except they put the mayo on top after all the veggies, so it made them soggy. But I live in a small town that still operates in the 1980's, so that may be why.
