Ectopic Pregnancy?

Has anyone here had an ectopic pregnancy? What were your first symptoms? How was it caught?

I'm about 5 weeks with pg #3 (#1 was a m/c, #2 was a preemie) and I have a mild pinching feeling in my low right abdomen beside my hip bone. I'm being super paranoid, I know.....

    I hope that is not what is happening, but I agree with PP.  This is not the place to be asking this.  I had an ectopic and it was awful. A tiny pinch sounds like nothing.
