DH wants an Italian name I have posted on here before about Vincenzo Dominick but I have gotten some crazy looks when I suggest this may be our boy's name. Can I get some suggestions for good Italian boy's names?
Also the middle name is Dominick (FIL name) and DH's name is Michael so Dominic and any form of Michael are out.
Thanks for your help
Re: Good Italian boy's names
Okay so some of these may be variations/shortened versions of Italian names (or at least I think they are! Correct me if I am wrong)....
I LOVE Nico

hehe... my DS's name is Dominic Michael! (he has a 2nd mn too)-- and our cat's name is Vincenzo (we call him VInnie)
Anyway. What about Aldo, Roberto, Alberto, Angelo, Benedict, Pietro, Rafael, Salvatore, Valentino or Mario.
Just if you use the name Mario and have another son don't name him Luigi!
There was a poster the other day who offered up her kids' names for criticism. They were all great names, she had a Matteo and a Giovanni.
I liked both of those...
Vincenzo is a GREAT NAME!!! I'd ignore those people who give you strange looks - fools! Especially when EVERYONE is naming their son an -aydan name! UGH!!!
Great Italian boy's names:

I was a nanny in Italy for 2 little boys named Francesco (called him Francy most of the time, pronounced Franch-ee) and Filippo. Another Italian name I really liked was Andrea... but in the US that's of course seen as a girls' name.
ETA: After I left, their mom had another baby boy and named him Giuseppe, nn Beppe.
