DH took over a bottle today to SIL's. She didn't use. When I picked C up around 2 SIL put it in our insulated bottle bag. I didn't realize she had. It was left in my car until just now. Toss? or can we still use? Basically it's been at room temp for about 5 hours.
Re: ? on BM...can I use this tomorrow?
It sounds like it should be okay to use tomorrow, per kellymom.com:
Breastmilk can safely stand at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours and need not be discarded if the first feeding attempt is incomplete. In contrast, formula must be refrigerated and discarded after the first feeding attempt because it contains no antibodies or infection protection factors.

BM can last 8 hours. I pump all the time at work, and then put it in the fridge when I get home.
