5dt and IDs?

My regular MFM wasnt there, and the sub was telling me that IDs were impossible with a 5dt. I swore someone here had IDs with one. Anybody?

We actually transferred 2 on day 5.. One split and the other one also stuck= identical twin boys and a girl!

She said the people MUST have been mistaken.  That it was probably a 3dt or 4 or something.

She might have meant that di-di twins will not be IDs with a 5dt. That would be true b/c in order to get ID di-di's the embryo has to split on days 1-3.

I am totally lurking here...

But, we put back 2 embryos on day 5 and got 3 babies.  So, yes - it is very, very possible!

That would make me feel better, but I'm not sure I give her that much credit. She's not so much my favorite

So ID 5dt would be di-mo?  or mo-mo?

If they were a 5dt then they would end up mono/di. It is what we have.  Did a 5dt ended up with one chorion 2 amnions and 1 placenta.  Anything before that would end up looking like Frat twins with only testing after birth to confirm.
