DD learned to clap this past weekend. I LOVE IT!! Its so darn cute! She sits on the floor in front of me and i said YAH Haley!! And clap at the same time and then she claps! Now only if she could get the crawling done. haha. She wants nothing to do with it!

He is sitting unsupported for long periods of time now. Until this week he would only sit for a minute or two then topple over, now he knows how to catch himself and balance better.

He learned to sit himself up from his belly.  

He is almost clapping...he'll put his hands together once, clasp his fingers, and shake them up and down.

She's finalllly rolling from her back to her belly.

Also, pulling herself up in the crib and the bath.

She's getting her first tooth!  She's also starting to half-crawl/scootch - not quite either, but somewhere in between.  Gah!  She has mobility!

He starting pulling himself up yesterday (he has a pretty ridiculous technique, but it works for him ;-)  and also is awesome at Peek-a-boo.  Last week he was saying Dada but this week it seems he's focused more on physical accomplishments rather than verbal.

Ugh.  I feel like it's happening all over night. He started crawling a while ago but is now super quick and into everything. Today he learnt to stand up in his crib and we had to lower the mattress.  Slow down little guy!!

I have to agree that things seem to be happening really fast right now.
Just this week he has started pulling himself up on us, his toys, in his crib...
He also can pick up food off of his tray. He is getting the pincher grab down.

I love when they clap. It is so cute!

It's not really a milestone but I think it's hilarious... when we go to wipe his face after a meal, when he sees the washcloth coming he puts his hands straight up in the air. Too funny it's like he's doing "touchdown"!

Oh and he has one of those sit and play pianos (the one that can go wireless with the TV from Fisher Price I think)... well when he sit in front of it I go "la la la, la la la" and he squeals and moves his head back and forth like he's pretending to sing too. That one is by far my favorite

she does the 'baby shark' finger (i think the technical term is pincer grasp) whenever i sing 'baby shark' to her.

DD is rolling across the floor to get to the animals.  She likes to try to put the dog's paw or the cat's tail in her mouth.  Fortunately the animals don't care, but we prevent DD from biting them.  It's so cute!!  She also is scooting on her back.  So much for the bald spot in back ever disappearing.
