D&C IS OVER!!

I am so happy to say that my miscarriage is finally over.  I went in at 6:15 this morning for my surgery at 7:30.  After they gave me just a little sedation I went to sleep in the OR and woke up at 8:30 in recovery.  I only had localized sedation with IV. The anthestiegiologist said that this was the best way to go.  My Dr. numbed my cervix after I was sleeping and did the procedure.  I did not feel a thing.  I was cramping after I came out so they gave me a vicodin and it took a while to take affect.  I was so nervous about it but wish I had just done it in the beginning instead of trying the cytotec and then starting to miscarry on my own which was extremely painful.

I am so glad that thing went smoothly for you.  I had mine this afternoon, so wishing us both a speedy recovery!  Just curious, but when did the doc say you could start trying again?  Take it easy tonight, girly!
