My almost 3 year old has gotten extremely picky with eating. I need some advice on healthy meals.
The only foods she likes to eat are: eggs, pancakes, ravioli and mac & cheese.
Help! What are some other things I can try with her? What are your kids eating?
Re: Toddler Meals
Those do have some good nutrition in them, so no worries.
Have you tried beans? crackers filled with stuff? yogurt smoothes/pouches/cups?
french toast sticks (freezer section), different fruits? veggies with dips?
Thank you ladies! Yum, everything sounds so delicious! Or maybe it's because I haven't eaten lunch yet lol!
Quesadillas--great idea! Haven't thought of those!
DD is in the same stage yours is. I've found that she will always eat pasta shapes with red sauce or cheese. She also loves red sauce with cheese on mini whole wheat pitas.
I puree vegetables then add them to the sauce for some good veggie vitamins. Any time something in my fridge is about to go bad -- carrots, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and broccoli -- I'll steam and run through the food processor, then freeze in plastic bags by the half cup. I just defrost a bag and add it to her pasta sauce.
