T&P for my dad again please

He went back into the hospital yesterday - his kidney function levels were high.  The dr. called my mom this morning and they have to put him on dialysis.  His kidney's have been bad for 11 years, he has had a stint in for close to 3 years "just in case" he ever needed it.  Well, now he does. 

I know things could be a lot worse, but my dad doesn't deal with change well.  He is almost 85 and so I don't blame him. 

When the dr. told him, my dad said to the dr that he wanted 6 months - to make it to my parents 50th anniversary.      The dr. told him, that he should have much longer than that.  I sure hope so!!!

Oh my goodness, you poor thing, it's a lot to go through while starting IVF. I'm praying for your dad and your family. I hope he responds well to the dialysis. It sounds like he has the will to fight for what he wants!
